巴提那地區
BATINAH從馬斯開特向北延伸的海岸，統稱為巴提那地區。阿巴提那行政區包括：巴卡(Barka)、阿穆薩(Al Musnaah)、蘇懷克(Suwaiq)、哈布拉(Khaburah)、薩罕姆(Saham)、索哈爾(Sohar)、阿羅斯塔克(A'Rustaq)、席那斯(Shinas)、里瓦(Liwa)、那哈爾(Nakhal)、阿爾瑪河(Wadi Al Maawil)、阿爾阿瓦比(Al Awabi)等。古老的堡壘、城堡、海岸、沙灘吸引了遊客前來，此處亦以駱駝賽跑及阿拉伯式鬥牛聞名。
The Batinah Coast region runs from Khatma al Malaha in the north, to Ras al Hamra in the Governorate of Muscat. The coastal plain is approximately 25km wide and lies at the foot of the Western Hajar Mountains. After Muscat, it is the most densely inhabited area in Oman. The Batinah has been cultivated for many years with a variety of food crops. The area has a history of maritime and industrial activity.
